Jeffrey W. Martin
As chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer and president of Sempra, Jeffrey Martin leads a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure company with a market capitalization of over $50 billion and assets of $87 billion. Martin has led the company in its mission to become North America’s premier energy infrastructure company, focusing on sustainable business practices and investments that will help advance the global energy transition through electrification and decarbonization in the markets Sempra serves. As CEO, Martin oversees a $48 billion capital campaign, the largest in the company’s history, and leads 20,000 employees, serving the daily energy needs of more Americans than any other U.S. company. Prior to becoming CEO, Martin served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra. He also previously served as CEO of San Diego Gas & Electric Company, one of Sempra’s California utilities, and president and CEO of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power and Sempra Generation.

Justin Bird
Justin Bird is executive vice president of Sempra where he leads several corporate functions, including corporate development and financial planning. He is also the chief executive officer of Sempra Infrastructure, one of Sempra’s three growth platforms, where he oversees all business operations. Bird has been with the company for more than 20 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles.

Lisa Larroque Alexander
Lisa Larroque Alexander is senior vice president of corporate affairs and human resources of Sempra where she oversees public policy, stakeholder engagement and, in her role as chief sustainability officer, sustainable business strategies. As chief human resources officer, Alexander also oversees all human resources functions at Sempra, cultivating the company’s high-performance culture.

Sandeep Mor
Sandeep Mor is senior vice president, corporate development of Sempra. He is responsible for Sempra’s long-term strategy and corporate development functions. Mor actively collaborates with Sempra’s business platforms in support of their growth strategy and M&A activities. He previously held several leadership positions in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for Sempra and served in a variety of other roles in finance and operations functions for the Sempra family of companies.

Jack possesses a wealth of tax and business expertise and uses it to help maximize value for the organization’s stakeholders.
