As chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer and president of Sempra, Jeffrey Martin leads a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure company with a market capitalization of over $50 billion and assets of $87 billion. Martin has led the company in its mission to become North America’s premier energy infrastructure company, focusing on sustainable business practices and investments that will help advance the global energy transition through electrification and decarbonization in the markets Sempra serves. As CEO, Martin oversees a $48 billion capital campaign, the largest in the company’s history, and leads 20,000 employees, serving the daily energy needs of more Americans than any other U.S. company. Prior to becoming CEO, Martin served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra. He also previously served as CEO of San Diego Gas & Electric Company, one of Sempra’s California utilities, and president and CEO of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power and Sempra Generation.

Trevor Mihalik oversees Sempra California. He also serves as Sempra’s chief human resources officer with additional responsibilities including risk and compliance, human resources, audit services and insurance. Mihalik has extensive financial and leadership experience in the energy industry with wide-ranging knowledge of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, treasury and risk.

Sandeep Mor is senior vice president, corporate development of Sempra. He is responsible for Sempra’s long-term strategy and corporate development functions. Mor actively collaborates with Sempra’s business platforms in support of their growth strategy and M&A activities. He previously held several leadership positions in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for Sempra and served in a variety of other roles in finance and operations functions for the Sempra family of companies.

Peter Wall is senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Sempra. Wall’s responsibilities include overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial statement preparation and analysis, financial reporting and accounting systems. His extensive financial expertise and strong leadership enable his team to maintain a strong foundation for Sempra’s growth. During his time with the family of companies, he has held several senior financial roles.

Glen Donovan is senior vice president, finance of Sempra, where is he responsible for investor relations, treasury, rating agency and capital markets activities. Leveraging his broad business experience, Donovan engages and communicates with the investment and financial communities about Sempra’s disciplined focus on delivering long-term sustainable value. In his time with the family of companies, he has served in several senior leadership positions.

Louise Bick is vice president, investor relations of Sempra where she is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of investor relations, shareholder relations and marketing initiatives. In her time with the family of companies, Bick has held a variety of leadership roles in finance.

Patrick Billings is vice president and treasurer of Sempra where he oversees the corporate finance function, treasury operations, capital markets activities and relationships with rating agencies. In his time with the family of companies, Billings has held a variety of senior leadership roles in the finance organization.

Toby Jack is vice president, tax and chief tax counsel of Sempra, overseeing the company’s worldwide tax activities. He has been with the company for more than 10 years and has held a variety of leadership positions internally and with industry trade associations. Jack possesses a wealth of tax and business expertise and uses it to help maximize value for the organization’s stakeholders.
