WHAT: SoCalGas will begin a pipeline inspection project on Wilmington Avenue on 223rd Street and Watson Center Road in Carson starting on November 20th.

To perform this project safely, Wilmington Avenue between 223rd Street and Watson Center Road will be closed in both northbound and southbound directions 24 hours a day, seven-days a week until the project ends on December 31, 2019. Additionally, there will be no left turn for westbound traffic on 223rd Street at Wilmington Avenue and no right turn for eastbound traffic on 223rd Street at Wilmington Avenue.

WHAT: SoCalGas will be performing pipeline work on San Vicente Boulevard, between S. Moreno Avenue and S. Bristol Avenue in Brentwood, starting November 18. Work is expected to continue through May 2020.

WHAT: SoCalGas will begin a pipeline inspection project along Westbury Drive in Granada Hills from Jolette Avenue to Balboa Boulevard. Work is scheduled to begin Tuesday, November 5, 2019 and is expected to continue through December 2019. 

To perform this project safely, the eastbound lane of Westbury Drive between Jolette Avenue and Balboa Boulevard will be closed. This portion of Westbury Drive will be converted into a one-way street for approximately four weeks during construction.

WHAT: SoCalGas will begin a pipeline installation project in Los Angeles starting on November 4th. Crews will upgrade the existing natural gas main along Sunset Boulevard in the Los Angeles-West Hollywood area. 

To perform this work safely, lane closures and parking restrictions will be necessary.  Westbound lanes on Sunset Boulevard will be reduced between N. Crescent Heights Boulevard and N. Hayworth Avenue during work hours.

Residents and local businesses may hear some work-related noise. During work hours, commuters passing by the work site will see excavation, equipment and vehicles.
