Sempra was recently ranked the No. 1 utility company for Workplace Fairness by Fair360, the latest in a string of awards recognizing Sempra’s exemplary workplace practices in the key areas of leadership accountability, supplier fairness, human capital and talent programs. Fair360 also rated Sempra high in the categories of Companies for ESG Governance, Companies for Mentoring, and Companies for Latino and Native American/Pacific Islander Executives.
