Sempra California | San Diego Gas & Electric Company completed its inaugural issuance of $750 million of green bonds to help finance investments in climate change adaptation, clean energy solutions and clean transportation.

Sempra California | Southern California Gas Company surpassed California’s 2025 methane emissions reduction goal, reducing fugitive emissions by 37% passing the state’s goal of 20% reduction by 2025.

Sempra Texas | Oncor Electric Delivery Company entered into a $2 billion revolving credit facility with sustainability-linked performance metrics.

Sempra Infrastructure | Exploring the development of renewable generation to power its liquefied natural gas export facility in Louisiana and has filed an amendment with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to incorporate electric-driven compression at its proposed Cameron LNG Phase 2 project, which could help reduce facility emissions.
In addition, Sempra Foundation completed multiple solar energy installations at facilities serving orphans and migrant youth in Mexico, providing cleaner and more affordable energy to environmental and economic justice communities.
