At Sempra Energy, we believe that diversity drives performance. Earlier this month, more than 400 Sempra Energy employees attended the company’s 7th Annual Diversity & Inclusion Summit. The theme of the day, “Together We Can,” was aimed at creating a workforce that works for everyone.
