Sempra Energy believes diversity drives performance and is dedicated to creating an inclusive culture that welcomes LGBTQ perspectives. On July 13, Sempra Energy and San Diego Gas & Electric employees marched in the San Diego Pride Parade alongside a hybrid bucket truck and an electric vehicle. Our team handed out paper fans to spectators, shared smiles with the crowd and proudly waved a rainbow flag. These small gestures of support reflect a deeper commitment to supporting our LGBTQ employees and community through our values: champion people, do the right thing and shape the future.
