Southern California Gas Co. and Pacific Enterprises Declare Preferred Dividends
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 25, 2011 – The board of directors of Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas) has declared regular quarterly dividends for the preferred and preference series stock of the company as follows:
Preferred Stock $0.375 per share
Preferred Stock, Series A $0.375 per share
Additionally, regular quarterly preferred dividends were declared by Pacific Enterprises, a subsidiary of Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE), as follows:
$4.50 Dividend Preferred Stock $1.125 per share
$4.40 Dividend Preferred Stock $1.10 per share
$4.75 Dividend Preferred Stock $1.1875 per share
$4.36 Dividend Preferred Stock $1.09 per share
$4.75 Dividend Preferred Stock (convertible $1.1875 per share
on or before Oct. 31, 1966)
The dividends are payable on April 15, 2011, to shareholders of record on March 10, 2011.
