SAN DIEGO, Sept. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) today declared a quarterly dividend of 48 cents per share of common stock. The current dividend is payable Oct. 15, 2011, to shareholders of record on Sept. 29, 2011.
