Jeffrey W. Martin
As chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer and president of Sempra, Jeffrey Martin leads a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure company with a market capitalization of $49 billion and assets of $79 billion. Martin has led the company in its mission to become North America’s premier energy infrastructure company, focusing on sustainable business practices and investments that will help advance the global energy transition through electrification and decarbonization in the markets Sempra serves. As CEO, Martin oversees a $40 billion capital campaign, the largest in the company’s history, and leads 20,000 employees, serving the daily energy needs of more Americans than any other U.S. company. Prior to becoming CEO, Martin served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra. He also previously served as CEO of San Diego Gas & Electric Company, one of Sempra’s California utilities, and president and CEO of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power and Sempra Generation.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Trevor Mihalik
Trevor Mihalik is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra, where he oversees all financial matters and corporate development for the company, including mergers and acquisitions. Mihalik has extensive financial experience in the energy industry, with wide-ranging knowledge of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, treasury and market and credit risk. Prior to joining Sempra in 2012 as controller and chief accounting officer, he served in senior financial leadership roles at Iberdrola Renewables, Chevron Natural Gas and Bridgeline Holdings.

Sandeep Mor
Sandeep Mor is senior vice president of finance for Sempra. In this role, Mor is responsible for Sempra’s long-term strategy, corporate development, and treasury functions. He also oversees the company’s financing, cash management, divestments, and other activities related to mergers and acquisitions in collaboration with Sempra’s three growth platforms. Mor previously held several leadership positions in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for Sempra and served in a variety of other roles in finance and operations functions for the Sempra family of companies.

Lisa Larroque Alexander
Lisa Larroque Alexander is senior vice president of corporate affairs, overseeing government affairs, corporate social responsibility, strategic communications and brand. Alexander also serves as chief sustainability officer for Sempra, leveraging her extensive knowledge of Fortune 500 markets to create sustainable value and provide strategic direction to advance Sempra’s growth and transformation. Previously, Alexander served in a number of executive roles for Sempra and its companies, with responsibilities for market strategy, clean transportation, energy efficiency, research and development, and environmental policy.

Robert Borthwick
Robert Borthwick is chief risk officer for Sempra. In this role, Borthwick overseas the organization’s compliance, risk management, corporate security, and cybersecurity efforts. He has extensive knowledge of Sempra’s business and its operations, enabling him to provide sound, strategic counsel to mitigate risk and drive better business outcomes. Previously, Borthwick served in various capacities at Sempra, including deputy general counsel where he led the litigation, employment law, regulatory and compliance functions. He also served as general manager of Sempra Renewables where he led in all aspects of Sempra’s renewable energy business segment.

Diana Day
Diana Day is deputy general counsel for Sempra, where she is responsible for regulatory and transactional initiatives, as well as corporate governance for the company. Day brings extensive legal expertise and has an established track record of success in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and governance. She has held various leadership positions across the Sempra family of companies since 1997, including senior vice president, general counsel and chief risk officer for San Diego Gas & Electric Company and vice president of enterprise risk management and compliance for San Diego Gas & Electric Company and Southern California Gas Company.

Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Peter R. Wall
Peter Wall is senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at Sempra. Wall heads up the company’s accounting operations, financial statement preparation and analysis, financial reporting and accounting systems, in addition to coordinating external audits. His extensive financial expertise and leadership enables his team to maintain a strong foundation for Sempra’s growth. Previously, he held several senior financial roles across the Sempra family of companies including vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra’s domestic infrastructure businesses and Sempra U.S. Gas & Power.

Paul Yong
Paul Yong is vice president, chief tax counsel for Sempra. In this role, he has oversight of the tax counsel function and is responsible for tax strategy for the organization. Yong is a tax executive with over 30 years’ experience. He first joined Sempra in 2004.

Vice President, Investor Relations
Glen Donovan
Glen Donovan is vice president of investor relations for Sempra. In this role, Donovan is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s investor relations policies, objectives and initiatives. Leveraging his broad business experience, Donovan engages and communicates with the investment and financial communities about Sempra’s disciplined focus on delivering long-term sustainable value. Previously, he served in several senior leadership positions across the Sempra family of companies including development, finance and commercial roles at Sempra Infrastructure and Sempra Renewables.

Vice President, People and Culture and Chief Diversity Officer
Deborah Martin
Deborah Martin is the vice president of people and culture and chief diversity officer for Sempra. In this role, Martin is responsible for employee acquisition, development, and retention at Sempra corporate center and leads the enterprise-wide functions of benefits, ethics and investigations, and diversity and inclusion, all to advance Sempra’s high-performance culture where employees enjoy a sense of belonging. Martin worked as an attorney prior to her leadership roles in human resources at Sempra, including serving as Sempra’s chief employment counsel.

Vice President, Government Affairs
Brian L. Kelly
Brian Kelly is vice president of government affairs for Sempra. In this role, he leads the company’s global public policy and regulatory priorities. Kelly has more than 30 years' experience in public policy and government affairs, working with corporations and trade associations to advance legislative and policy priorities at the international, federal, state and local levels. Most recently, he served as founder and president of BK Strategies, a strategic and tactical consulting firm based in Washington, D.C.

Christy Ihrig is vice president, corporate relations for Sempra with responsibility for the company’s corporate communications, brand and corporate giving functions. Ihrig has a wealth of utility industry expertise and under her strategic leadership, her team creates and delivers excellence in communications, brand and reputation management. Previously, she held senior operations and marketing roles at San Diego Gas & Electric Company.

Bruce MacNeil
Bruce MacNeil is vice president and treasurer for Sempra, overseeing the company’s corporate finance function, treasury operations, capital markets activities and rating agency relations. MacNeil’s experience includes several senior treasury and finance positions supporting corporate finance and treasury operations for the Sempra family of companies. He also served as vice president, capital markets funding at National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation prior to joining Sempra.

Vice President, Audit Services and Insurance
Joy Gao
Joy Gao is the vice president of audit services and insurance for Sempra. In this role, Gao oversees internal audit responsibilities, including the Financial Leadership Program and auditing of Sempra’s affiliates. Gao also provides stewardship and effective oversight of Sempra’s extensive insurance portfolio. Previously, Gao was the vice president of risk management where she oversaw the company’s risk management, insurance, corporate security, cybersecurity, and pension and trust investments. She also previously led the company’s enterprise risk management strategy.

Vice President, Corporate Tax
Toby Jack
Toby Jack is vice president, corporate tax for Sempra. In this role, he directs Sempra’s worldwide tax activities across the company. Jack brings a wealth of corporate tax and business expertise to help maximize value for the organization’s stakeholders. Prior to joining Sempra, he served in senior tax roles at CareFusion and Deloitte.

Vice President, Governance and Corporate Secretary
April Robinson
April Robinson is vice president, governance and corporate secretary, where she is responsible for overseeing critical corporate matters and all aspects of corporate governance, including serving as officer liaison to the board, leading investor outreach and preparing for and executing board meetings. Previously, she held various senior leadership roles within the legal department at Sempra. Prior to joining Sempra, Robinson was an attorney at General Electric in their oil and gas group, and at the law firm of King & Spalding.
