The Presidentís visit to Copper Mountain Solar 1
On March 21, 2012, President Barack Obama became the first U.S. President to visit a Sempra Energy facility when he toured Sempra U.S. Gas & Powerís Copper Mountain Solar 1 facility in Nevada. Here are a few highlights of the visit:

Landmark solar: President Obama highlighted the scale and significance of Copper Mountain Solar 1, one of the largest photovoltaic solar plants in the U.S.
