Energy for Others
Energy for Others is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by and for the employees of Sempra Energy. Through the Energy for Others giving program, employees can make direct contributions to any nonprofit group through payroll withholdings.

Any nondesignated funds employees give are given to agencies by a locally elected board of advisers, all of whom take part in the program. You can view giving guidelines on the Energy for Others Web site.
