Corporate Governance Committee charter

The Corporate Governance Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors of Sempra Energy. The committee assists the board in discharging the board's responsibilities with respect to corporate governance matters. Its charter was adopted by the board on October 30, 2003, and amended through December 5, 2006.
