William P. Rutledge

William P. Rutledge has been a director since 2001. He was chairman of Communications and Power Industries from 1999 to 2004. Prior to 1998, he was the president and chief executive officer of Allegheny Teledyne. He is also a director of AECOM Technology Corp., Communications and Power Industries, and First Federal Bank of California. He is a trustee of Lafayette College, St. John's Hospital and Health Center Foundation, and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.

 

Rutledge serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation, Corporate Governance and Executive committees, and is chairman of the Environmental and Technology committee.
