William G. Ouchi, Ph.D.

William G. Ouchi, Ph.D., has been a director since 1998. He is the Sanford and Betty Sigoloff distinguished professor in corporate renewal in the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. Ouchi is a director of AECOM Technology Corp. and FirstFed Financial Corp. He is a director of The Alliance for College Ready Public Schools, the California Heart Center Foundation, the Japanese American National Museum, and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.

 

Ouchi serves on Sempra Energy's Compensation and Executive committees, and is chairman of the Corporate Governance committee.
