William D. Jones

William D. Jones has been a director since 1994. He is the president and chief executive officer and a director of CityLink Investment Corp. and City Scene Management Co. From 1989 to 1993, he served as general manager/senior asset manager, and investment manager with certain real estate subsidiaries of The Prudential. Prior to joining The Prudential, he served as a San Diego City Council member from 1982 to 1987. Jones is a director of Southwest Water Co., the San Diego Padres baseball club and certain funds under management by Capital Research and Management Co. He is also a trustee of the Francis Parker School and the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corp. He is a former director of The Price Real Estate Investment Trust and former chairman of the board of the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

 

Jones serves on Sempra Energy's Audit, Environmental and Technology and Pricing committees.
