Wilford D. Godbold Jr.

Wilford D. Godbold Jr. has been a director since 1990. He is the retired president and chief executive officer of ZERO Corp., an international manufacturer primarily of enclosures and thermal-management equipment for the electronics market. He is a director emeritus of The Wellness Community, a past president of the board of trustees of Marlborough School and a past chairman of the board of directors of the California Chamber of Commerce and The Employers Group.

 

Godbold serves on Sempra Energy's Audit and Environmental and Technology committees.
