James G. Brocksmith Jr.

James G. Brocksmith Jr. has been a director since 2001. He is an independent financial consultant and the former deputy chairman and chief operating officer for the U.S. operations of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He is a director of AAR Corp., Alberto-Culver Co., and Nationwide Financial Services.

 

Brocksmith serves on Sempra Energy's Corporate Governance and Executive committees, and is chairman of the Audit committee.
