Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, LLC and Sempra International, LLC are not the same company as the utility, San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) or Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), and Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, LLC and Sempra International, LLC are not regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission.
Note: Formerly known as entities Sempra Generation, Sempra LNG and Sempra Pipelines & Storage have now been realigned under Sempra International and Sempra U.S. Gas & Power.
